Okay, has anyone ever done or seen a KFC Protest?

If you have done it, tell me about the protest.

If you have seen it, give me details on it & how you feel about it.

From what i saw on the computer, these things can get a little crazy lol.

  1. I used to eat KFC several times a week. The stuff is just fantastic and I still crave it today. Then all of a sudden I started hearing about what they do then I did my own research and it took like 1 minute to realize what an evil corporation KFC is. I stopped eating KFC cold turkey, then I gradually stopped eating at all fast foods as they support similar practices. Then I went vegetarian. All thanks to the pro-activeness of people against the slaughter of animals.

Good luck on your protest. People that eat there are either ignorant (like I once was) or selfish and devoid of compassion.

  2. So where do you eat? Perhaps we should get a bunch of omnivores together and disrupt YOUR meal.  I guess I need to frequent KFC, just in hopes of running into some of you people. It'd make my day.

I eat at home usually after I buy HEALTHY fruits & vegetables from the store...

I avoid most of that greasy gross dead death you people call 'meat'.

Ah, the wisdom of a 13 year old. I love it.

  3. I've participated in lots of KFC protests. In one of them, I wore a chicken costume and hobbled across the road with a sign that said "Broken legs and wings." Other protesters gave leaflets to people in cars that were stopped in traffic, or to people who were walking by. We got both thumbs up and people yelling stupid stuff like "mmm chicken!"  During some of the protests, we gave interviews to newspeople and ended up getting on the news. The protests got a lot of attention, but they didn't get too crazy... I've never been to a protest where someone's been arrested!

I really enjoy doing the protests. A lot of people can't believe that KFC is allowing such terrible animal cruelties to happen. (Some people said they would never eat at KFC again.) And it's a campaign that even meat-eaters can support. We're not asking people to go vegetarian; we're just asking people to boycott KFC until the company improves its animal welfare standards.
