Question:

Protien bars / or shakes? which ones are better?

im trying to build up muscle mass, but which one of the above should i use more? bars or shakes? i also drink (roughly) a pint of milk a day, and have a yogurt as well.

  1. Stick with the shakes more.  They tend to pack more proteinn in there and are easier to digest and faster acting.  Especially before working out.  Save the bars till after your done.
