I am abot to start clomid and was wondering on what cycle did you concieve on ?

I'm a PCOS'er and tried for 3 years before moving on to clomid.

I took one 50 mg cycle of clomid and didn't ovulate, so started another cycle with provera. Then I only had to take 2 more cycles of 100 mg of clomid and now I'm pregnant! 3 whole cycles, not bad! They say it takes an average of 6 cycles on clomid, but STAY POSITIVE!!

Also, twoweekwait.com is a great site to obsess over when you are trying! Encouraging on those not so great days, or any day really.

The best of luck to you! I hope it works the first time, but remember, each new cycle is another chance to try.

1st daughter was conceived on 1st cycle with Clomid.

Conceived 2nd daughter without any meds (miracles do happen as I ovulated on my own) and TTC#3 now, and it may have worked this time which would make it the 4th cycle with Clomid.
