  1. never....elegance and riches seperate people and make them into wolves, but poverty and nothing means you only have each other and makes you tighter.

  2. I believe there are more arguments about money than any other topic in a marriage.

Therefore, in my opinion it is true

  3. I agree with the answer involving the cause of the poverty.  If poverty is caused by gambling, drugs and/or deceit, the other person in the relationship has been violated, and trust becomes the issue.

Poverty in general has been known to bind souls together.  Look at pictures during the Depression.  Families made it work, and that can't happen without love.

  4. When poverty flies in the window, love flies out the door.

I would imagine it depends on your relationship.  It means if you are short of money, struggling to pay bills etc, you can find yourself arguing with your other half over this and cause a breakdown in your relationship

  5. If love flies out then it was never true love.

    (what is povery)

  6. YES!

For a relationship that always has enough material possessions, the reality of not having anymore may- if not handled with utmost responsibility, wreck the ship of the relationship and send love flying out.

The reality is that more attention will now be devoted to searching for those means of life often to the detriment of time usually spent in sustaining the bond of such relationship

  7. yes

  8. Yes, often when you become rich, your values change too, and love takes the back seat!

  9. No it is not true

  10. never

  11. in some cases it would be basically if the person was only there for the money as soon as the money is gone so are they, and sometimes going from having money to been broke the financial strain can cause so many arguements they fall out of love too

  12. if wasnt true love if it does. more like a relationship based on material comforts.

  13. This would only be true if one was "in love" because of wealth. This happens a lot of a guy is really rich... some girls would be there and be really happy and seem to be in love, but if his money were to poof then so would she if her reason to be there was motivated by money.

  14. I think it depends on what you did to lose the money.

If it was through gambling or such, I can imagine more arguments etc.

Whereas, if it was through something else, like someone losing a job, it would be different.

But, if the couple breaks up, through either of these, it was never true love to begin with.

  15. Hello,, as poverty flies in the window, love flies out the door.

And no this isn't true.  If you truley love someone, how much money they have doesn't matter.  Would be more like, when wealth flies in the window, love flies out the door.  Wealth breaks up more marriages that poverty ever thought of.
