  1. this is illegal...everywhere?

  2. Not in Ontario!

    Hooray for parental supervision!

  3. In all 50 of the United States it is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to posess or consume alcoholic beverages.

It is also illegal for anyone to give or sell alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21, this includes parents giving alcohol to their children. It's can be charged as contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and/or child endangerment in some instances.

So far as military base consumption, the last base that served to enlisted under 21 quit that policy a couple months ago.

  4. yes and if anything happens to the kids the people throwing the party are held responsible

  5. Adult that buy alcohol for kids can even get arrested, in any state.

  6. No it is not illegal in Texas. I believe they have to be 14 and the parents have to order it for them and have to be at the table with them when they are drinking. This is at a restaurant/bar/club, etc.

We have done this before and NO it is not illegal at all! I live here in Texas too.

  7. providing alcohol to minors (under 21) in any state in the US is illegal, with the one exception, if you are in the millitary you can drink on base i guess.

even if providing alcohol to minors isn't illegal in some state, its still illegal for the minors to consume it.

  8. Yes it is.

  9. Its illegal everywhere in the USA..But what parents do in their home is their business. However they could get in trouble for child neglect or abuse..

  10. You may not serve alcohol to minors in your home unless those minors are your own children. To serve other minors is against the law and would be in most jurisdictions consider "contributing to the delinquency of a minor."

If the minor residents of the home serve alcohol to their friends in the absence of the parents (adults), the parents would still be responsible.

  11. its llegal everywhere in the US

  12. Yes, they could be arrested & put in jail, not very smart.
