  1. The answer could vary by person. It is alway a good idea to hear the suggestion from different sides and try to choose the best one. Here is a good one i recommend.http://health-insurance.onlinebestoffer....

  2. Hi.

Provigil - MODALERT /Modafinil / Vigicer  -  like other stimulants, has the potential for abuse. It can alter your mood, perception, thinking, and feelings, providing an artificial "lift" and potentially leading to a certain degree of dependence (although discontinuation of the drug does not produce physical withdrawal symptoms). Make a point of taking only the prescribed dose: Never increase the dose or take additional doses.

Without prescription you can fast/easy to buy at the next store:

  3. First Provigil isn't a diabetes drug. It is used in sleep apnea sometimes and other things. I don't know why your on it but have you "shopped around" at different places to see if you can get it any cheaper? I really wouldn't switch like that without talking to your Dr. first. Call your pharmacy and see if they can sell you only enough to get you by till your Dr. gets back in town and you can ask him what alternative there is for you.

  4. Provigil is not for diabetes.

I'm sorry to tell you that I also take provigil... and it's extremely expensive. There is no generic. Dexedrine is an Amphetamine, and

depending on why you take provigil, it may not be appropriate. Also, it has some bad side effects... though it may be worth it. Ritalin is also sometimes used instead of provigil. I do know that some people have had some luck buying provigil from other countries. Might wanna google that.

  5. When it comes to having diabetes, be prepared to have to pay a lot of money for everything from testing supplies to medications.  If you can't afford what the doctor prescribes (which is what he feels is best for your health), I'd suggest getting health insurance.  It'll be much cheaper in the long run than paying for all your medications out of pocket.  It'll also help cut the costs of your doctor appointments.

I'm type 1 diabetic, 3 months worth of insulin costs about $1000 if I didn't have insurance.  Now I just have to pay a $10 copay.  Health insurance is indefinitely cheaper if you're diabetic.  I'd suggest looking into it.
