Provisional License to Drivers License?

I have a provisional license right now. When I ask for my Drivers License, will they require me to retake the paper test and driving test?

no, it transfers over. they'll probably just make you take an eye exam.

No, a provisional license is just a driver's license with restrictions (like driving at night or with more than one non-family member in the car, ect..) Once you turn 18 or a year after you were given your provisional (there should be an expiration date), just go to the DMV and they will give you a new regular driver's license.. you just have to pay for it.
