Provisional UK and International license?

does having a provisional license cancels the international one?? And what happens when you have an international AND a provisional and been caught on camera for speeding??

An international license is basically just a translation of your current license. By itself, it does not grant any driving privileges. See the link below.

When you get caught on camera for speeding, you get a citation in the mail. Pay it.
