Provisional driving licence?

i am living in finglas and work in naas . i failed my driving test recently and am awaiting my second . i need my car to travel as i have a 6.30 start in work . if i am stopped by the gards my car can be taken off me due to this new law .what do i do

u can't break law and endanger other people...

or give another test in future...
