what are the punishments for driving ppl under the age 20years old when i've had my licnese for 4months? what should i expect from the judge?

I was a cop for 4 years, so I can tell ya a few things.  A) Depends on the state and if they need $$$.  B)  How old are you?  C)  Why were you pulled over in the 1st place?  D)  YOUR ATTITUDE before the judge and towards the officer.  I hope you weren't a sh*thead when he/she pulled you over because then you're in trouble.  

Some judges make you write a paper or volunteer.  Usually they don't try and fine kids (if you are under 18) right away.  As long as you don't have anything else on your record...

Just remember, don't be a d**k in court, and you'll come out on top.  Oh, and don't dress like a slob.
