I usually take 80 mg Prozac at 3:10 PM and 100 mg Seroquel at 8:15 PM. Does it matter if I take them at the same time? Which way is more effective?

  1. The best person to answer this question for you is a pharmacist (any one at any pharmacy should able to answer that for you) or your doctor.  Seriously.  Even more so considering what these two medications are designed to do.

PLEASE talk to a pharmacist or your doctor instead of relying on answers on a public board.

  2. Prozac is cleared from the body very slowly so the blood levels are fairly stable no matter what time of day you take it. Most doctors prescribe Seroquel before bedtime because it is very sedating and usually helps people fall asleep. There is no benefit or disadvantage from taking them at the same time.
