Ps2 headset for to work for pc?

Question

I have a logitech usb headset for my ps2. Can someone tell me if it will work for my pc and if it does how to register it.

I have vista and when i go to the control panel and go sound it has my headset, i can hear sound and under recording it picks up my voice.

But when i try to register or go on steam it doesnt pick up my voice. Please help

it should, its usb so i cant see y not. just plug it in and try it out for yourself
