Ps2 resident evil4 ps2?

i've finished game completely. now game gets stuck. even at save points.Now I'm waiting for it to load 4.1. Which i've already completed.My question to you pros's is do i have a bad ps2 system or a bad ps2 resident evil 4 disc? Or a bad memory card. being short and to the point! Do i have bad ps2 console,play disc, or a bad memory card.

It would have to be a bad ps2 because mine did the same thing.

Have you tried other games?

If they are fine then its probably dirt or scratches on you disk. Try using window cleaner on the disk. Works like a charm.

try playing other games you have.

if all the other games work, then it's the disc.

if none of them work, then it's your ps2.

you hardly run into problems with memory cards so it's one or the other.
