you may just find that it is the lazor trying to read a serfacr that is scratched badly.or you just need to take it for a chek up.or even clean the lazor with meths and cotton buds.not with the sleve of you t shirt

Sounds like a problem with the laser, try cleaning it up with alcohol and cotton buds, but sounds like you need to take to the service (most likely the laser must be replaced).
