Ps3 HDMI question?

ok, i have a HDTV thats 2 years old, but it doesn't have a HDMI port but does have a DVI port. b/c of this, i'll buy a DVI to HDMI adaptor and work from there, but which cable do i have to buy since the audio is seperate?

i'm going to hook my ps3 to it.

i believe you still use the audio cables you have normally the hdmi will carry your sound

There is no connection on your adapter for the red and white cable?

if not you will have to connect to the reg pre outs
