Ps3 - can you talk to people while playing online.?

When your playing online on the ps3 is it possible to talk to people while your playing online.

yes you could. either you buy a usb headset with mic or a bluetooth headset just like the ones used with cellphones. the good thing with it is that, the voice chat is separate from the game sound. You can only hear the talking on the headset but the game sound still comes out of the speakers.

Yes.  You can either get the playstation head set or if you have a blue tooth headset you can use it.  Any kind will work

depends on if the games support it, but generally yes.  get yourself a usb or bluetooth headset.

What everybody has said so far is correct, but they didn't recommend one over the other.  Scratch the bluetooth headset idea.  That's the route I went and half the time the device loses its sync with the system.  Go with the USB headset and you'll never have t worry about being disconnected.  I should have.
