Ps3 custom firmware?

Question

to all the hackers out there in the world i have to ask you will you be making a custom firmware for the ps3? Also did or were you able to break the code for blu-ray disc?

and how long might the process take?

currently someone has found a way to mod a ps3 to play burnt ps2 games and one group claims they have managed to dump ps3 games onto a hardrive but that's it the game is still not playable
