Ps3 freezing Plz help?

I got a ps3 in june now it keep freezing but it only dose it when I'm playing assassin's creed.Is it the game or ps3 and should I call sony

Some people experienced freezes on Assassin's Creed. There is a security patch available that prevents freezes, at least that's what I heard. If you never downloaded it, find some way. It should prompt you that there is a patch available. If not, try removing the game install data and try reinstalling it.

i got mine in july and have neve rhad a freezing problem, but i also dont have assasins creed so it could be your game.

It happened to me as well.

Just do a diagnostic - play your other games, and just try to do different stuff on the home page of ur ps3, if it freezes, then you may want to contact sony.
