Ps3 repair.Has anyone gone through this with Sony?

Question

Mine broke,I sent it in for repair.The turn around time was 7 days.

Unfortunately when I got it back,it still don't work.

Now I have to do it all over again.

Doe's anyone have any experiences with this?

i have had to do the samething 3 days to get the box they get your ps3 the neext day then they say they look at it they really dont they just send you out a refurb that had something worng with it i had 2 of them that looked beat up i asked them the last time give me one that looks brand new so they put a brand new case on mine

ask sony for a new console they should replace the console ive had mine for a year and a half the 60gb version havent had problem yet

Sorry but I haven't. But one of my friends had his repaired and he said that it took awhile but it worked fine. Maybe you should go to their customer service and file a complaint.

I haven't had any experiences. The PS3 is a reliable console but I have heard that Sony support is really bad.
