Psi and chi energy?

psi and chi is it the same thing? can someone explain were does it come from and how can i use it

Psi= psychic, or mental ability. Generally refers to psychic ability, not mega-brains, lol

Chi=breath. Also means life force.

  Not the same thing. Psi is something you're supposedly born with, chi is something you cultivate and train.

No, one is physical and the other is more paranormal.

Chi is real and felt and touched, doing a rigid exercises you can develop Chi.

Where psi is para-normal related, it may have some thing to do with your brain or mind. In Buddhist training of mind and meditation will some time develop Miracle powers, but I don't know if it is psi, but similar abilities seems to manifested.
