is there a way to send/recieve text messages to a cell phone and to recieve them.

  1. well you can try PSP eMail and SMS v3 via this link http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthr...

    (although you need the lua player to get it working)

    or another option is going to your web browser on the psps and typing www.txtdrop.com on the addresss bar and using that service
