Psp VS psp slim? help ?

ok am thinking on buying a psp but i dont know which one i should buy if you could give me the pros and cons about both and what the other one has and doesn't it would help alot oh and what you would buy and or which on you have thank you :)

They both do the same job the slim version is just the newer of the two. I personally prefer the slim version as its lighter.

Compared to the old PSP-

Pros-

Tv Jack like the PS2 has

Runs faster then the old

Screens bigger and better color

Looks cool

Speakers are louder

Cons-

the Disc Tray is alittle flimsy

Harder for Hombrew

Dust under screen

In general-

Pros-

UMD Movies

Browser

Music

Camera attachment

Video

RSS Feed

Wifi Support

big and nice LCD Screen

Graphics are capable of being the same as PS2

Alot of Good RPG's

Very customizable

TV Jack

8 hours Battery life

Cons-

Browser cuts off alot

Have to buy the camera

Stoped making UMD Movies

Lack of Strategy Games

Dust under screen

the Disc Tray is alittle flimsy

mainly the slim just has a tv connecter and u can have a headset to make calls using skype.my opinion is to wait for the psp 3000 that is coming out.

it is better.also keep in mind the psp comes in different colors.so decide on that.

I'd go for the slim if you want it to be more space-conservative.  But the fatter one doesn't break as easily...and to me is a lot more comfortable to hold.

Slim has better battery life, sound, and the load tray isn't mechanical, so it doesn't jam.

The phat PSP feels more solid and is cheaper, because it is older.

If money isn't a problem, you should go for slim-

If it is, a phat is almost just as good :P

A year ago i bought a psp and then my little cousin broke it so then i got a psp slim. i like the slim WAAYYYY better
