Psp and ebay?

i was selling my custom firmware psp on ebay and i had sold it but the buyer never paid and i opened a dispute the buyer was struck of ebay and is now not a member.

i tried selling it again by relisting but after a day into the auction ebay removed it because it breached their policies. i tried again and got caught again.

how can i sell it without getting caught i want to mention the fact it is custom firmware as that increases its value but if i say that it gets removed.

loads of other people sell their psp's and say it is custom firmware but don't get caught.

what can i do?

You have been unlucky with your first Buyer.

The only way I see is to ask a friend to sell it for you.

You cant sell custom firmware are you not aware but you can sell it as a normal PSP then you email the buyer and give him the details any smart buyer would want a custom firmware PSP and ebay will not know.
