Psp flash files messed up?

Question

I tried putting a xmb theme on my psp and i just copied all the files and didnt back up my stuff and also there was this one file called module and now my psp wont turn on the green light turns then the psp turns off but i can still go to the recovery menu can some one pleaze help me
