well i downloaded version 4.05 on to my psp....now my real question is if u could download games on to it now.....o and is it possible to downgrade if so tell me to........and what happens when you restore default settings

In order to download games to your psp and play them you need to have a custom firmware. If you already have the official sony 4.05 firmware the only way to downgrade to a custom firmware is to use a pandoras battery. Search on google or ebay to find a pandoras battery if you want one. Restoring the default settings will only erase any changes you made to the settings such as power, video, audio and security, etc. Hope this helped!

P.S. - I made a pandoras battery a few months ago and it was so worth it!!! The downloaded games are so much fun!

No, you cant downgrade your psp unless you have some sort of homebrew software. And restore default settings resets the options on your psp.
