Psp video convertsion?

I have a psp with v4.01 m33-2 ctw and i downloaded southpark the movie i want to put it on my psp but every time i try to open it, it eather says unsupported data or corrupt data.

how can i make this work? oh yea the file is "Video Clip" not shure if that helps but anyway if you can help me please do.

What format is it in. It has to be MP4. MP4 is the only video folder that the PSP can play.
