Psp video express problem??????

Question

when i convert videos to psp format it doesnt show the video but i can only hear the sounds whats happening?how can i get the videos and sounds together if i play it on my pc or psp?(im playing it on my pc using winamp media player i didnt transfer the video to my psp yet...)
