Psp video need help on how to put videos on my psp?

i desperately need help on how to put videos correctly onto my psp ... i have tried almost everything and nothing seems to work...if somebody knows hot to do it correctly then i desperately need them to help me!!! PLEASE HELP!

open the back of the psp and insert inbetween the back and the middle with the back of the grey disc facing you, push in, close it and the umd sign will come up
