can someone tell me who or whats is in my home?? And why its showings signs to me??

No seriously, If your home is haunted it could just be residual energy and it may not even be directed towards you. You just happen to be in the middle of it. A cup being thrown at you I don't think is a positive sign. I think it simply means that the demon that maybe in your home is more than a little pissed. therefore you need to pray and ask Jesus Christ to protect you and your family. Then whenever you see anything odd you need to command those demonic spirits to leave your house completely in the name of Jesus Christ. If the problem continues get a pastor to bless your house, pray for you and your family's safety and to give you some advice about the situation. Take care and God bless!!!

I do believe there are people with physic abilities..but only after being tested at a place like Duke University and other places that are respected for their work.

You cannot just say you are and say you see these things...and expect people to think you are.  Someone who is physic is more scared of telling people than boasting about it!  They just know and don't want people to make fun of them.

I have a friend who went to Duke to get tested..she didn't' ask for it ...but someone saw her and asked her to come there and she did.  The testing is quite impressive and quite thorough and very DIFFICULT to get through.  You cannot fake it in places like that.

This sounds more like a poltergeist. A poltergeist is a form of ghost activity where they are unhappy. They usually feed off our fear. To seek our attention they resort to activities in the physical plane like throwing objects. They also known to hide things and then when the person is going crazy looking for it, they make it appear in another place. A poltergeist is basically manifested by a human but unconsciously. Usually created by someone who has just been through a tragedy or is going through one.

To me, it sounds like something is there, but I cannot say what.

It could be a poltergeist, ghost, or even a demon. No joke. I can tell you how to get rid of it, but I would need to know what it is first.
