You will be happier but happiness is an inside job and I think that there are some other things going on with you that cause you unhappiness.  Until you move I would suggest that you do what you can to release some anger that you have from the past. It holds You back not the person you are angry at. When you forgive it does not mean that you condone someones actions it just means that you forgive them so that you can move on.  Also I would visualize yourself moving, picture the way you want your new home to look like and set a time frame of when you want to make this move. I personally get a one which could be the month of January or at the latest 1 year from now.  Good luck to you and hang in there.
