Don't waste you're money on something like that...

You can just learn it yourself, there are plenty of free tutorials online.

People have posted video tutorials on Youtube if that helps you learn better.

You can also go to food network for recipes.

If you can read, you can cook. Buy some cook books for beginners and start working on it. :)
