Well you need to pray becasue you have thte power to overcome any evil spirit but u say that it is manipulating u so it could be strong, i suggest that you attend a church service and inform an minister, pastor or priest.

There are various reasons why a demon or an evil spirit could be stalking a person. Have you ever dabbled in the occult? If so a demon `could become attached to you. That is why the bible warns us not to be involved in the occult. It could also be that you could have on jewellry or clothing that is attracting demons. Some jewelry and clothing are occultic in nature so you need to be careful what things you have. It could also be that through a particular sin that you have done a demon could become attached to you.

The solution to the problem varies. It depends on the situation that causes the demons to become attracted to you in the first place. So I am going to list four solutions to the potential problems you are having. Some solutions might also overlap.

1. If you ever dabbled in the ocult this is what you should you:

First of all get rid of any occultic tools or instruements this also includes any witchcraft books, spell books, ouija boards, tarot cards. If you don't get rid of the occultic items they won't leave you alone.Then you should pray asking Jesus Christ to forgive you for being involved in the occult because it is a sin. By praying I mean simply going somewhere privately and just talk to God (like you would a normal person) and ask for his forgiveness. Next ask him to cleanse you completely from the occult. The occult is not something anybody should ever mess with. Then you need to command every evil spirit to leave your home in the name of Jesus Christ. By commanding them I mean telling them forcefully as if you could see them (like you would a human being) to leave you and your house alone, using the name of Jesus Christ. I would also suggest that before you go to bed ask God to protect you with his angels from all demons and ask him to cleanse and protect you and your dreams while you are sleeping so that demons cannot enter your dreams. I would also suggest if the problem still continues that you ask a pastor to pray for you, give you advice and bless your home.

2. If you suspect that the jewelry or clothes you have on is tied to the occult and if you have never practised the occult you need to get rid of those items (throw it away). Then you need to pray (by praying I mean simply going somewhere privately and just talk to God like you would a normal person) and asking Jesus Christ to protect you from all harm and danger and from all demonic spirits.Then you need to command every evil spirit to leave you and your home alone in the name of Jesus Christ. By commanding them I mean telling them forcefully as if you could see them (like you would a human being) to leave you and your house alone, using the name of Jesus Christ. I would also suggest if the problem still continues that you ask a pastor to pray for you, give you advice and bless your home.

3. It is a high possibilty that you have opened yourself to something knowingly or unknowingly. If you knowingly commited a particular sin you can ask Jesus Christ to forgive you for commiting that particular sin and ask him to give you the strength not to do that anymore. I also strongly advice you to seek a pastor's help or counselling on the matter because sometimes some sins that we commit even when we don't want to do it is difficult to overcome on our own such as pornography, various addictions, various sexual sins etc. Sometimes also persons have needed deliverance or excorcism to get rid of those demons. If you feel that it is possible that you unknowingly commited a sin you can think carefully on what you have done before the demon started to stalk you. Perhaps that can give you a clue as to why this is happening. If that is the case you can ask Jesus Christ to forgive you for that particular thing and ask him to protect you from all harm and danger. Then you need to command every evil spirit to leave you alone in the name of Jesus Christ.

Keep in mind the following:

1. Watching scary movies and reading scary books can allow a demon to harass a person. If that is possibly the case stop reading and watching those scary things. Then I would suggest that you pray asking God for his protection and ask him to help you with this situation. Also as I said before you can command the demon to leave you alone in the name of Jesus Christ. But it won't leave you alone if you keep watching those scary movies

2. If you are still unable to find a solution to the problem go to a pastor for help. Don't allow yourself to tolerate any demonic spirit.
