1.My Border Collie Heidi ran away in Feb (12th?). I went to a local psychic for help and she had nothing really to offer. She said that it had to do something with the number 15 and a farm, but she wasnt too sure. I'll try to post a picture of her. http://img112.imageshack.us/img112/781/h...

2. After High school, or maybe even college, should i join the army? it is something that i've wanted to do my whole life and now im confussed becaues of my parents, who don't think it's a good idea. I know it's not something most ppl would want to do, but for some reason i'm really interested in it. Would it be safe?

  1. In reference to #2-

    Try the Air Force-

    much safer than the Army-

    no frontline action.

  2. It's not safe to post where you live and your birth date. People could use that information to scam you, or pretend to be you. I would delete this question as soon as you can.

    1. Post flyers around town. Someone's bound to run across your dog, and if they don't, it's possible she's gone forever and no psychic could help you, anyway.

    2. Don't let your parents sway you too much when making an important career decision. They do have about thirty or forty years more life experience than you do, so listen to them about safety things, but if you know what you want to do, do it. The Army doesn't necessarily mean being sent to Iraq. There are plenty of Army bases around the country that simply help out for the war efforts, and/or controls other goings-on. The Air Force isn't much different from the Army, in normal everyday jobs. Most military jobs are managerial, or clerical, or something related to your speciality (architecture, languages, etc). Unless you want to get out and fight, there isn't much of a difference. The Army is ground combat, whereas the Air Force is sky combat. But like I said, unless you want to get out and fight, there isn't much difference between the two. The Navy is a bit different, because you might get stationed on a ship for a year or two, but again - mostly managerial/clerical work. The Marines is much, much tougher, and definitely too hard. I wouldn't recommend the Marines - they're tough people. But if you want to go into the Army, go for it! I wish you the best of luck!
