If you continue to interact with her, you will only make things harder,

If you really want to be with her, you should befriend her and her best friend first, and once your that close, she will either tell you to leave her alone because she has feelings for you but she belongs with someone else, or she will tell you she loves you!

I think it will be the negative one, and I feel like she hardly knows anything you do, you should interact with her more or stay away.

i am no psychic, and you dont need one. You are in college now, dont worry about those silly highschool games. Grow some kahonas and just ask her out. Go bowling, movie, picnic, park, river, beach. ask her to go to the zoo, museum, carnival or a dance. (girls love to dance)

girls are complicated creatures, she is not giving mixed signals, you as a male are just incapable of translating, somethin we all suffer from. go and ask her out. she says no, its not the end of the world. it will be awkward for a week and then !! life goes on. The longer you wait around and wonder is just time for some other bloke to go and sweep her off her feet.
