how will the teacher help the students of grade 3 in their pscho-social development so that they have a well adjusted personality?

Those students will never have a well adjusted personality because most of the general population doesn't have one.

scaffolding- when one starts to help directly like when someone is teaching you how to play pool or billards and then gradually as the learner understands how to do something better they back off to the point where help is not required.

There is no specific formula in terms of a well adjusted personality. But one way of helping a student. Observation is a must, through that, you can determine what the students need. Creating a good peer to peer games that encourage good listening and speaking skills can help them in their commucation. There are lots of activities, you can search it in the internet

the teacher is going to bring them on field trips and do more activities than other classes.
