Psychology AS Level and A-Level recommended books?

Hi, I'm started a Psychology A-Level in September and I don't really know that much on the subject. Could you please recommend me any books that will help me to get a brief understanding of the subject and which will also help me during the 2 year course. Many thanks :)

It starts right at the beginning. You won't need to really have any pre-knowledge of it.

It's very tough in the A2 year, but starting off in AS level, it isn't too difficult.

as i remember, they had loads in wh smiths like revision guides and stuff like that, they werent v expensive
