Psychology exam tomorrow?

I have my psychology exam tomorrow, and am feeling quite nervous! I feel ok about it, and have been revising this afternoon, but my brain is currently fried so I came on here for a break! Any tips on preparation for the big day? Many thanks

  2. dont mention anything about dying killing or suicide they get all work up those d**n phychologists!

Yes, get a good night's sleep.  If you know the material and have studied it well, then put it down and calm your mind.  Stress can actually reduce cognitive ability so eliminate any factor that would contribute to it more (ie. coffee, lack of sleep).  After your good night's sleep, briefly review the material one more time tomorrow morning.
