Psychology of women idea?

The idea is that all women love to play with appendages. Anything that hangs of the body (i.e. Physical features, Hair, fingernails)

I think it is everyone.  If you have not noticed how much men play with themselves in public you are blind  (noses, yes, but ears, genitals, armpits, hair...all over, hang nails, etc.).  Maybe you only watch women...

You can't say ALL women.  But yes I do.  Is it p***s envy? I don't think so. Why do men love to play with the one thing that hangs off their bodies?

It can just be that a person is fidgety.  Men crack their knuckles & stretch their arms continuously.   It's not just women.  And not all women do this.

I see more men "adjust themselves" than women playing with themselves...except maybe hair. If I'm braiding my hair in public though, does that count as playing with it?
