Parents should start talking about s*x when the boy is ten or eleven.  Thing is, not all parents are comfortable with this and some don't do it at all!  Most public schools do teach about s*x in a special health class at the appropriate age.  Condoms happen when you have s*x- never have s*x without a condom.

When the dad feels ready. If he isn't and you go: "Dad give me s*x talk, give me s*x talk!" he's going to gape at you incredulously for longer than it takes to read the entire Bible.

Moreover, 's*x talk' or s*x education is conventionally given at schools and educational institutes.

Well you can buy condoms anytime. It's probably worth buying a couple just to see how they work. Rip them open... put them on... give 'em a test.... blow them up like a balloon and whatever.

As for the s*x talk... This depends on the dad... and the knowledge of the kid. Kids find out so much independently these days using the internet that we dads tend to leave it a bit late.... but never mind.... any questions you might have.. why not ask your dad.

Well i learned all about s*x by the kids i was around and other stuff lol when my mom gave me the talk when i was lik 12 or 13 _ im 15 now) i was lik i kno all dis lol.

And you buy condoms anywhere. like Right aid has them. Walmart, Target.  my mom said that if i needed them she would get me some lol.
