Pubic hair? wow, this is akward....

ok. my pubic hair is GETTING ON MY NERVES!!!! i shaved it, and now it's all like a millimeter short and prickly, and it clogged up 3 of my razors. what should i do to get a closer shave, and to help prevent getting razor burn and what-not??

take a regular buzzer and shave your pubes first like tht, then go in with the razor and shave the little pieces that are left off. Works for me, but ingrown hairs happen no matter what after you shave down there unless your not human lol

Wax it. It will stop the re growth prickling you as much. But the only downfall with waxing is that it has to be a certain length to be waxed.

I shaved them for awhile and then eventually gave up, got a body hair trimmer shaver and now I use that.  I decided that it wasn't worth the grief to try to get my crotch as smooth as a baby's bottom, so went with the "Bob Dylan beard" look!  LOL

One thing for certain, if you decide to shave, then be prepared to do it every three or four days becasue it's going to grow back, be itchy, prickly and a damned nuisance.

Waxing only works for a little while and it hurts like crazy.  Razor is better or go for a trim.

Trim before you shave and you won't clog up as many razors.  Make sure you use an aftershave lotion - frequently.  I have best results using Neutregena shaving cream.

Silly question, but are you using any shaving cream, or any kind of cream / lotion to soften the hair?  Let the cream / lotion sit for a bit after putting it on.

Insure you're using brand new razor blades.  The sharper, the better.

You'll wanna get an exfoliator and exfoliate the area before you shave, lather it up good with soap and then shave. And ever few swipes hold the razor under the shower head till it's cleaned and continue. I suggest spending a few bucks and getting a good razor; Gillett makes great razors, the ones with 5 blades.

You could always let it grow out and just trim them back.

I seriously suggest getting them waxed, it last for a good month.

just let it grow out and the trim it. this saves the hassle of always having to shave, prevents ingrown hairs, and reduces itchiness. plus, then your d**k doesnt look like a frickin 8 year olds.
