Public library in Montreal?

I'm looking for a public library in montreal that has a lot of english books, besides the McGill anf Concordia university libraries. A Public one. Preferably one in or near downtown. Can anyone help me?

    The Grande Bibliothèque, a vast public space 33,000 metres square in the heart of Québec’s largest city, is an exceptional cultural rendez-vous providing open and free access to more than four million documents, including one million books. Essentially, all collections are part of two major ones: a universal lending and reference collection and the national collection.

    In addition, the Grande Bibliothèque provides specialized services for, among other groups, children aged 0 to 13, business people, newcomers to Québec, members of cultural communities and persons with visual impairments.
