Public transit riders brace for potential cuts, fare hikes. what is your opinion?

If they want to encourage drivers to take public transit, they should make it convenient and a reasonable price. I much prefer, public transit over sitting in traffic. I can unwind and don't have the expenses and maintenance issues with driving in. I also bring my bike on the Light rail when weather permits me to ride to the station.
