want two know trains for fife

  1. take train from glasgow queen street to edinburgh waverly/haymarket,

    get a train on the fife/cowdenbeith circle or one for dundee/aberdeen.

    best check for times, had been regular from glasgow and edinburgh.

  3. Train from any of the Paisley staions (Gilmour Street, St James or Canal) to Glasgow Central.

    Inter-station bus to Glasgow Queen Street

    Train from Glasgow Queen Street to Edinburgh Haymarket (Do NOT go to Edinburgh Waverley as not all the Fife trains are going there during the current improvement works)

    Train from Edinburgh Haymarket to the Fife Circle trains.



    BUT, it is actually quicker to take either the X24 or the X26 coach from Glasgow Buchanan Bus Station to the Kingdom of Fife.
