  1. Welcome to Spain, this is a very typical occurrence especially in Andalucia. The only thing to do is to try and get "The claims Book", you'll see the page everywhere from  bars to shops telling to fill it out if you have a problem.

Every company in Spain is obliged to let you have access to it and  for you to fill out your complaint.

You should keep a record of all your e-mails, when you call etc..., the bank receipt if they took payment without providing a service.

Check out some of these sites for some more information and a letter of complaint.

  2. I know you bought the ticket on internet, but if you can take the e-mail confirmation, and go to the company you bought the ticket from... Ask for the "LIBRO DE RECLAMACIONES" this is your legal right. Once you have lodged the complaint in this book (they are obliged to give you the copy), you can then go to the Servicio de Ayuda y Proteccion al Consumidor at your local market or Ayuntamiento (each town is different). With any luck, the company will probably refund your money so as to avoid a legal hassle with the consumers association.
