Cab to metro North. Metro North to manhattan, then use www.hopstop.com to find a subway, or grab a cab.

take Metro North from either North White Plains station or White Plains station, prefereably an express as it is much faster than the local, and then, from Grand Central, go downstatirs in the terminal to the subway and take the 4, 5, or 6 trains (all of them go up Lexington Avenue), and get off at the 59th street station.  from there, just walk three blocks north to 62nd street, and then you will be on 62nd and Lex.  At this point, it would be in your best interests to check the numbers on the buildings and then follow them up or down accordingly to find 500

HPN White Plains Airport has bus service on most days.  I believe it is the #12.  Look up the Beeline busline (www.beeline.com I think) for schedule.  Bus will take you to White Plains Metro North train station.  Train to Grand Central.  Not sure after that.  Grand Central is at 42nd or there abouts.
