Public washroom requirements in ontario?

What are the public health requirements for public washrooms in restaurants?

They should be clean, otherwise complain to the local heath unit. New ones need to be wheelchair accessible

Why is this question in the Mexico section? And, why don't you call the health dep't in Ontario and ask what agency inspects restrooms in rrestaurants and call THEM...and get the actual facts instead of guesses here from people who know no more about it than you do?  Unless one of those inspectors happens to see this question...how could you get an accurate answer here?
