Publiershers Clearing House???

Question

I got a letter from them saying that if I win......they'll give away $5000 a week....and the letter says I'll be on TV and w/e and hand deliver the check and stuff. Initially, it sounded true and I was like "no way". But soon, I thought to myself "$5000 a week...life time!!?" It doesn't make sense.

Is this a scam???

The key word here is IF

The big prizes are given away about every 2 yrs and there are thousands maybe of millions of persons entering so it is literally a 1 in a million chance.  Basicly it is a form of advertizing,   And you are very right when something sounds too good to be true it pretty much always is.

IT'S LIKE THE LOTTERY BUT YOU DON'T NEED TO BUY A TICKET. JUST GO TO THERE SITE. THE COMMERCIAL FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS ALWAYS ON TV. IT'S LEGIT TRUST ME MY DAD IS ENTERED IN IT.

Uuuggggghhhhhhh. My mom signed up for the PCH and we got like 400 EMAILS from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think that stuff is a scam, its just REAL unlikely for you to win.
