I'm using MICROSOFT PUBLISHER [an old version]

How do you set the page so that it can be fully coloured in. Because at the moment when I print it with a yellow background, the whole page won't colour in and there is always an annoying white border around it...is it something to do with the margins?

it just might be one you print it

Not all software (nor all printers) allow you to print outside the "safe zone" (the minimum margin between page content and page border).

See if the program allows you to set the page margins to 0 (zero) in the page setup section; also check the printer's settings/manual to see if it even allows it.
