There are a few pubs and such in D-Square: Joshua Tree and the Burren are the only one's I've been too, though.   You can find some info at: http://boston.citysearch.com/roundup/429...

A few stops down on the Red LIne is Central Square, where you'll find the Asgard. Nice place; great Sunday brunch if you're interested in something other than just drinking.

wouldnt bother drinking in boston. unless you cant stand being there so much you are driven to it. davis square, isnt that where MIT is? its a REAL DIVE. you dont want to drink there or even be there.
