Pudge to yanks =Javy lopez to redsox a couple of years ago?

javy lopez wasnt batting 295 when he was traded.

Not really because Pudge is a better catcher than Javy was and he's also a better hitter. At the time I think Javy was hitting around .260 while Pudge is a near .300 hitter. Big difference.

Lol hopefully, but I think that Pudge is a good replacement this year for Posada, who confirmed he would have season-ending shoulder surgery.
